The run of the day occurs generally in this order:
Final pre-event admin
Arrive, enter, and check at venue (1 hour before student registration)
Tutor check in begins (45 minutes before student registration)
Collect and separate resources
Set up resources in registration area, welcome room, and lab areas
Student registration (check in, streaming quiz - optional, morning games)
Welcome address
Morning classroom session
Lunch
After lunch activities (Computerless Games and Mentor Hangz - optional)
Afternoon classroom session
Event close
Pack up

Note: the vast majority of the tasks detailed below can and should be delegated to other tutors. The bigger the node gets, the more tasks should be delegated to volunteers and the more the event leads are going to need to focus on just being available for problem solving, emergencies and questions.
