The goal: run a sustainable community program, engaging with students, volunteers, sponsors and the national network, that aligns with the values, purpose <LINK> and structure of GPN.
Communication and relationship management between students, parents, volunteers, leaders, sponsors, host partner and wider GPN network.
Answer emails from any involved/interested parties (e.g. parents, sponsors, tutors etc) between workshops in a timely manner.
Committee management, development and support.
Oversight and contribution to event preparation according to the checklist. Ensuring that committee members are unblocked and tasks are completed on time.
Running GPN events, ensuring they are successful <LINK to on the day doc>, including the practise sessions
Ensure that all tutor and committee engagement/bonding events are planned and run throughout the year.
Be the face of your GPN Node, ensuring that your public image (e.g. social media, presentation at GPN and other events etc) is in line with the GPN values and does not negatively impact the reputation of the program.
Attend the GPN Australia committee as a representative of your node.
Work alongside all GPN stakeholders (e.g. GPN Aus leadership, host partners, sponsors, etc) and ensure that relationships and partnerships are maintained and positive.
Maintain the GPN structure, ethos and values at and between all GPN events.
